1. IMPORTANT! Quick check: Does the address in your text reminder match the listing? Sometimes autofill swaps in YOUR home address during booking! 🙈 If it's showing your home address, please text the correct address to 336-782-4837 so I don't end up at your front door or someone else’s house. 😅

2. To ensure the best possible results and an efficient workflow, I HIGHLY recommend that the property be vacated during the photoshoot.

   While I appreciate the offer of on-site assistance, having additional people in the home often creates distractions and requires constant coordination to clear each room. This can significantly extend the shoot time and, more importantly, increases the risk of missing amazing angles or entire rooms.

   To guarantee that I can capture the property in its best light, a vacant home is always preferred.

3. In order to get the best curb appeal for your photos, please ensure all vehicles are cleared from the driveway. I recommend parking them on the street, in the garage, or at a distance where they are not visible from the front of the property.

4. For the best results, please have the property tidied before I arrive. I will perform a final walkthrough to confirm everything is camera-ready.
