To ensure the best possible results and an efficient workflow, I highly recommend that the property is vacated during the photoshoot. While I truly appreciate on-site assistance, having additional people in the home often creates distractions (Sometimes I’ll miss good angles or completely miss a room🥹) and requires constant coordination to clear each room and floor. A vacant home allows me to move quickly and focus on capturing every room and angle in the best possible light.
In order to get the best curb appeal for your photos, please ensure all vehicles 🚗 are cleared from the driveway. I recommend parking them on the street, in the garage, or at a distance where they are not visible from the front of the property.
For the best results, please have the property fully tidied and staged as you’d like it showcased before I arrive. I’ll do a quick walkthrough upon arrival to ensure everything is camera-ready 📸.
