I’m that guy on the right… 🥹 I’m the owner of Love It Listing, a commercial and residential real estate, wedding, and portrait photography company based in Charlotte, NC. With over two decades of experience, I’m passionate about creating beautiful images that tell meaningful, one-of-a-kind stories.
Photography has always been part of my life, from accidentally breaking my dad’s camera as a kid 😅 to pursuing it professionally since 2009. Over the years, I’ve refined my craft to create images that evoke genuine emotion and lasting connections. From the beauty and elegance of a luxury property to the heartfelt moment you say, “I do,” my goal is to capture not just how it looked, but how it felt.

Vivian

This is my baby sister, Vivian. Just look at those adorable cheeks 🥹 It takes years of pinching and squeezing to get cheeks that cute 😅
Not only is she an amazing little sister, she’s also my second shooter for weddings and my senior editor. Too bad she’s too afraid to shoot or go to houses without me 😭 Without her, this entire process wouldn’t run nearly as seamlessly as it does. On my busiest days, shooting 4–5 listings and driving 200–300 miles between properties, I can’t stress how incredibly grateful I am to have her.
Vivian handles the pre-editing, which allows me to put the final editing to each photo. This operation truly wouldn’t run smoothly without her. Big bro loves you 🥰

Dayanna

This is Dayanna, my incredible executive assistant and social media specialist. If you think I’m a happy and positive person, just wait until you meet her. Her bubbly energy is truly next level.
On especially busy days, she’ll tag along to help prep homes or create virtual tours, and behind the scenes she does so much to keep everything running smoothly. Between shooting and editing all day (and night), I basically have no life 😅but thanks to Dayanna, I actually get to spend a little time (sometimes even hours) with my family.
I’m so grateful for everything she does and for always stepping in where I fall short.
